Ideal candidate:
- 2-3 years professional experience in B2C or B2B ecommerce, or for the online leg of an omni-channel business or for a marketplace.
- Working experience as eCommerce Specialist.
- Knowledge of PPM (Pricing & Promotions Management) & PIM (Product Information Management) softwares (would be an advantage).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of online promotional tools and marketing tactics (promotional modules, recommendation engines, search functions, product pages).
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and online consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar or other analytical tools (would be an advantage).
- Higher education.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
The eCommerce Specialist will actively participate in the administration and monetization of Interbrands Orbico online platforms.
Job responsibilities:
- Plans, creates & implements online merchandising for the whole portfolio (offers, promo codes, bundles, deals, etc. ).
- Cooperates with marketing, trade marketing and sales departments in order to create the most effective campaigns and promotional activities for the e-commerce channel.
- Manages the promotional activities calendar for the entire assortment and makes sure that everything is set up correctly.
- Creates/procures, implements and maintains all product-related content across the website (product pages, category pages, segments, search-related settings and all product promo content) with a key focus on onsite SEO.
- Has ownership in product related systems on country level.
- Manages, creates and maintains Product information and its content (all product attributes – pictures, descriptions, ratings, reviews, links, meta and keywords).
- Cooperates with producers in the field of creating high-quality content for e-commerce and proper product presentation on the platform.
- Generates reports and performance analysis on product catalog from sales and pricing points of view.
- Actively participates in developments and projects with local & group digital teams.
- Participates in user accepting testing sessions for the ecommerce platforms.
- Offers support, via email and/or phone, to clients and/or field sales representatives.
- Works on conversion, cart value and customer journey.
