Responsibilities:

• Design and develop
  - quality, professional e
  Learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia
• Ensure deliverables follow accessibility standards (508/WCAG) and are optimized for responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Package and publish content in SCORM/x
  API formats, ensuring LMS compatibility and readiness
• Collaborate closely with project managers, instructional designers, and clients to understand objectives and revise content based on feedback
• Participate in regular
  - ins and status updates throughout development phases

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in e
  Learning tools:
  • Articulate Storyline
  • Rise
  • Vyond
  • Camtasia
  • Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have, not required)
• Experience in rapid development and graphic design
• Ability to integrate
  • SCORM/x
    API packaging and LMS readiness
  • Familiarity with LMS upload requirements
• Ability to create responsive and accessible (508/WCAG) e
  Learning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback
• Comfortable working on a variety of training topics and adapting to evolving client needs
