Introduction

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience : Over 5 years experience in construction site works, preferably in hospital or healthcare projects.
• - level="1">

  Advanced in Auto
  CAD and Microsoft Office tools;

• - level="1">Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (Local Standards, IEC, BS, NFPA, etc. );
• - level="1">

  Experience with installation, testing, and commissioning of LV and ELV systems (power distribution, lighting, fire detection, public address and voice alarm, access control, nurse call, IT network, CCTV);

• - level="1">

  Languages: English advance level

A
- driven Site Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in execution, and construction supervision across
- scale building projects. With ANRE authorisation.

Key responsibilities

• - level="1">

  Supervise and manage electrical installation works at site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, standards, and safety regulations;

• - level="1">

  Coordinate subcontractors to plan and execute site works;

• - level="1">

  Monitor progress of electrical works and ensure adherence to project schedule;

• - level="1">

  Inspect material deliveries and ensure they meet approved specifications and quality requirements;

• - level="1">

  Oversee installation of LV and ELV systems including cable laying, terminations, panel installation, lighting, power, and control systems;

• - level="1">

  Review shop drawings and method statements for site implementation;

• - level="1">

  Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports;

• - level="1">

  Follow up on testing and commissioning activities and resolve site issues in coordination with design and engineering teams;

• - level="1">

  Ensure implementation of health & safety requirements at site;

• - level="1">

  Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities.
