Job Description

• Development and industrialization of Powertrain Control Software & Calibration for both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Hybrid (HYB) vehicles, ensuring compliance with clients standards and alignment with project milestones, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Execute calibration and tuning activities, including validation through test reports (FE), synthesis reports, and dataset maturity reviews
• Analyze and document proposed and reserved technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project
  - ups, technical specifications, regulatory constraints,  and performance objectives across different specifications
• Guarantee
  - oriented performance targets by executing software tuning to meet requirements for reliability, durability, emissions, OBD compliance, fuel efficiency, and drivability under various climatic and operational conditions

Experience & Domain Expertise

• Proven experience in calibration engineering, for a minimum a 2 years
• University studies in the automotive perimeter

Technical Proficiency

• Calibration Tools: Expertise in INCA, Matlab, and CRETA.
• Programming: Proficiency in relevant programming languages for calibration and modeling.
• Electrical & Electronics Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems related to powertrain ( engine ) components.

Regulatory and Methodological Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of calibration methodologies, validation processes, and industry standards for emissions compliance.
• Knowledge of GMP related to calibration and system validation.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities for testing and calibration validation.
• Effective communication skills to report progress and interact with
  - functional teams.
• Ability to comunicate and interpret technical documents in English.
