Overview

I'm currently supporting the search for an Engineering Lead for a Fin
Tech organisation, based in London. They are going through an exciting period of growth with the aim of becoming the 'go-to' infrastructure provider in the Private Equity industry. They have a clear and
- established roadmap, supported by an existing partnership with one of the largest Private Equity firms, globally.

Responsibilities

You'd be one of five Lead Engineers, reporting directly to the Founders. They are looking for a strategic
- on leader to join at this early stage of development to help scale their engineering function and play a key role in shaping their technology strategy.

Requirements

-Extensive experience with Java, Spring-boot, Microservices, AWS

-A proven leader with a track record of managing/mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative and
- oriented culture

-Previous experience in a
- up/Fin
Tech environment
