About the team
At Stripe, we are building a powerful suite of Internal Data Products that enable all Stripes to understand, analyze, and take action based on data and metrics. As the engineering manager of the Internal Data Products Team, you will play a crucial role in building and leading a team of
- end and
- stack engineers to design and build high leverage tooling and user interfaces for data visualization and analysis, all of which are critical to driving data literacy and empowering
- making across the organization.

Responsibilities

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80%- office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengalaru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater
- office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for

Pay and benefits
