The global Marcom Events Lead is a role that ensures Garrett is a memorable presence at the events that produce good ROI. This is the role that creates and implements the Events strategy, in terms of chosing the right events for Garrett business needs, ensuring the right messaging and experience at events, coordonates the promotion of the events, ensuring the development and use of the tools for tracking the events results.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the OEM events strategy that mixes digital and in person events to increas the awareness of our offerings, position Garrett as a differentiated technology provider and produce leads and meetings to deliver good ROI

Worki with multiple businesses, business partners and agencies to understand the needs, objectives, audiences, available content, opportunities etc. to create the Events plan and deliver on the plan

Manage the global OEM events (from decision, alignment, booking, experience design, approval, invitation, campaign, collateral and stand production, event participation, feedback, lead passing and ROI calculation)

Provide guidance towards the strategic directions to other departments delivering events (eg. Local events, AM and Performance events, HR fairs etc. )

Ensure the Events contribution to the database contacts, MQL and SQL

Lead and project manage the design and the production of the standard applications that would allow us to provide the Garrett message on the technologies in a memorable manner and track the results.

Update, optimize and enforce the brand guidelines, flows (incl approval flow), tools and reports related to Events and calculate the ROI

Ensure compliance with Garrett policies of all actions

Manage P2P process for own activities (Planning, budgeting, raising POs, getting the approvals, escalating if problems arise)

You need:

5+ years of Marketing experience

3+ years of experience in end to end Events management

Proof record of B2B strategies and campaigns led

Agency briefing and project management experience

Fluent in English

The ability to diplomatically negotiate and to present own ideas

Mastery of computing tools such as Word, Excel and Power Point
