How you'll make an impact

Calendar Management: You will efficiently manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting demands.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners, screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the leadership team.

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring
- up on action items.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, optimizing cost and efficiency.

Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and budgets.

Information Management: Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records for easy retrieval of information as needed.

Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, such as research, data analysis, and coordination with team members across departments.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining trust and professionalism at all times.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues to ensure a productive work environment.

What you bring

An Associate’s Degree, a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

3+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting
- level leadership.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels.

Strong organizational and
- management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in the MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
