Descriere generala a rolului
Asistentul Manager ofera suport administrativ si operational conducerii si intregii organizatii, asigurand o buna comunicare interna si externa, gestionarea documentelor si a corespondentei, precum si coordonarea aspectelor logistice si de protocol.
Responsabilitati principale
- Gestionarea corespondentei, apelurilor telefonice si a documentelor interne/externe;
- Inregistrarea, arhivarea si transmiterea facturilor si documentelor catre departamentele responsabile;
- Administrarea contractelor cu furnizorii si colaboratorii (scanare, evidenta, semnaturi, arhivare);
- Coordonarea activitatilor administrative (achizitii birou, birotica, protocol, mentenanta cladire, parcul auto);
- Organizarea deplasarilor, delegatiilor si rezervarilor pentru angajati;
- Asigurarea protocolului la intalniri si mentinerea unei imagini profesionale a companiei;
- Centralizarea pontajelor, registrului de casa si documentelor administrative aferente;
- Colaborarea cu toate departamentele pentru transmiterea corecta si la timp a informatiilor;
- Respectarea procedurilor interne, regulilor de calitate, mediu, sanatate si securitate.
Cerinte:
- Studii medii sau superioare finalizate;
- Cunostinte medii/avansate de limba engleza;
- Operare PC (MS Office – Word, Excel,
- mail, baze de date); - Abilitati excelente de organizare, planificare si comunicare, atentie la detalii, responsabilitate, atitudine pozitiva si spirit de echipa;
