We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter who’ll optimise our talent sourcing and recruiting processes We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A
- driven individual experienced with working in a dynamic environment. Someone, who will play in our team at one goal - to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut

What you’ll be doing

Building partnerships with C-Level managers in order to find the perfect fit to close open positions

Upholding the best practices for executive search, leveraging data and market insights to identify optimal sourcing strategy, while executing with both quality and efficiency

Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future C-Level needs

Working closely with Head of Executive Recruitment on continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need

8+ years of experience working on banking, tech or corporate leadership positions

Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic
- growth environment with timelines and KPIs

Extensive experience of working with C-level stakeholders

Results-driven and
- oriented approach

Strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail

Nice to have

Experience at a fast pace,
- growth startup and/or executive search firm

Compensation range

Vilnius: €3, - €6, gross monthly*

Lithuania: €3, - €6, gross monthly*

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
