Are you ready to shape the future of work of DEX?

We’re building a new capability for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) within our Center of Excellence, and we are looking for a visionary Experience Designer to help us move forward. This role combines deep user empathy with strategic vision, driving an
- based and AI-informed strategy that enhances adoption, engagement, and productivity across the enterprise.

As a
- thinking person you will not only lead user research and usability improvements today but also help shape the future of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) at an enterprise scale. You’ll deliver impact through influence and partnership,
- creating the strategy and practices that define how employees experience technology tomorrow.

What You’ll Be Doing

User Research & Strategic Foresight: To conduct foundational research to uncover current employee needs and pain points and to partner with data science teams to integrate quantitative data and leverage AI-powered analytics.

Experience Design & Enablement: To partner with cross functional teams to
- design holistic, end to end solution that integrate accessibility, ethical AI, and
- flow enablement as well as to drive
- focuses initiatves that improve the digital employee journey.

Strategy & Capability Building : To contribute to the development of a
- ready DEX strategy and to refine new research methodologies appropriate for AI-powered systems. To help define and measure success through OKRs and advanced experience scorecards (. , Net Friction Score, Time-to-Proficiency, Predictive Success Metrics).

Continuous improvement: To establish robust feedback loops and leverage analytics for continous optimization of the empoloyee experience and to act as a key contributor to the Co
E’s playbooks and craft excellence initiatives, championing a culture of
- centricity.

What We're Looking For

Deep UX research expertise and a powerful sense of user empathy.

Strong background in experience design, accessibility, and
- driven enablement.

Fluent in both qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to partner with technical experts to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

A strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to connect research insights to business value and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Agile, adaptable, and a natural collaborator in
- driven environments.

Strong English language skills in speech and in writing.

Bonus points if You have:

Experience with AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts.

Knowledge of

- design, responsible AI principles.
