We are currently looking for an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Specialist to join our Sales Team in Bucharest.

As an F&I Specialist you will be responsible for assisting our customers to obtain financing for their car purchase by working closely with financial lenders, as well as insurance products. You will also be in charge of creating and developing sales processes for the proprietary consumer finance products.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Offer car financing options and insurance programs to our customers
• Build positive working relationships with the respective third parties (banks, insurers, consumer credit financiers) to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
• Support the Sales team during purchases and leverage opportunities to offer financial aftermarket products, leasing contracts, and insurance programs
• Structure deals in accordance with lender and company guidelines
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Banking, Business Administration or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience as a F&I Associate/ Specialist in retail banking, consumer F&I products or other similar roles
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that could be offered with the car purchase
• Knowledge of the automotive retail business
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
