The Job

Job Description:

The person who will occupy this position will be responsible for managing the warehouse, organizing the teams of workers and ensuring a smooth running of daily activities. It will also assist in weighing trucks upon arrival to ensure the accuracy of deliveries.

Key responsibilities:

• Management and organization of the farm warehouse.
• Distributing the necessary equipment and tools to the workers.
• Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the team of workers.
• Ensuring a smooth running of work and compliance with internal procedures.
• Participation in weighing trucks delivering products.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Periodic reporting of activities to the farm management.

The Profile

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse management or coordinating work teams is an advantage.
• Minimum level of Romanian language: Intermediate or Advanced (for effective communication with employees).
• Organization and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Availability to live on the farm (free accommodation is provided).
• Responsibility and seriousness in carrying out tasks.
