Field Sales Engineer
Manage sales of Stationary Crushing & Screening products and services to a small number of large customers within an assigned geographical territory South of Romania;
Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers;
To anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our Stationary Crushing & Screening products product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit;
Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
Reporting and following all equipment and aftermarket opportunities with using tools such as Salesforce / CRM etc. Active participation in training sessions, seminars, sales meetings, area meetings, Info days etc. Promoting sales campaigns, organizing trainings, and developing dealer’s product knowledge expertise.
Strong communication,
- operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces; problem solving and result oriented personality; 7-10 years of sales experience in industrial sector of infrastructure and mining is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of Crushing and Screening equipment’s is MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be accepted for further steps;
Strong relationship building skills, multitasking advance skills mandatory; openminded, multicultural experience.
Advanced English, native Romanian both written and spoken mandatory
Able to regular extensive; CRM experienced user; Sales Force knowledge nice to have.
