Mission

We are looking for a Field Strategist to work closely with clients, advising at both strategic and execution levels.  

This is a
- impact role for someone with deep expertise in banking products, digital transformation, and AI-driven innovation.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Lead early strategic conversations with bank executives, focusing on measurable business impact.
• Break down
  - state processes, blockers, and technology gaps, then design future journeys powered by Flow
  X. AI.
• Run discovery workshops and
  - create transformation roadmaps with client sponsors and partners.
• Design and demo AI agents that bring the transformation story to life.
• Build business cases (savings, growth, compliance, efficiency) and arm sponsors to defend them in front of CFOs and Boards.
• Stay close
  - sale to ensure programs land and deliver value, measurable outcomes like faster product launches, lower
  -
  - loan, or improved onboarding NPS.
• Feed field insights back into our product and GTM strategy.
  
  

Very likely you can be successful if you have

• 5+ years of experience in banking products, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Direct experience with lending product lifecycle, including origination or servicing.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and technology stacks.
• Experience in AI applications for banking and digital product implementation.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and conduct market research.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly.
