Responsibilities:

• Account assignment and recording of incoming invoices, cash statements and bank account statements
• Posting and monitoring of business transactions in general ledger and subledger accounting
• Checking incoming payments and carrying out dunning procedures
• Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Management of open item lists and preparation of advance VAT returns
• Assumption of invoice verification and master data maintenance
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and statements
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports. annual returns and reports

Requests:

• Completed commercial or tax law training or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting
• Professional experience in financial accounting
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and common financial accounting software
• Sound knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting as well as accounting
• An independent, reliable and structured way of working
• A confident manner of expression in English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of English would be a plus
