The Financial Analyst will be responsible for different European financial reporting and analysis. The financial analyst will be based in Cluj-Napoca and will report to the European Controller.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Involved in the monthly preparation and
- up of the financial reporting of the European Ridge entities in accordance with US GAAP and Emerson’s principles.

Responsible for various monthly or quarterly reporting (internal and external) related to the financial or operational performance or statutory compliance.

Responsible for the preparation and
- up of the SG&A budget of the European distribution center

Responsible for standard costing and transfer pricing setup of and between the European entities in compliance with Transfer Pricing policies or regulations

Analysis and calculation of the
- end customers bonuses & MDF accruals

Support ad hoc financial analysis & data requests from Emerson or internal management team

Be the Finance voice within participation at cross departmental projects or Finance projects to improve processes or reporting flow.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor or Master degree in economics or equivalent work experience

3 to 5 years of experience in a financial role in an international environment

Strong analytical skills

Good knowledge of excel

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge of JD Edwards is an advantage

Team player

Proactive attitude

Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
