We are hiring a Financial Compliance & Governance Analyst to join our Finance Integrated Solutions Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a
- focused professional to join a growing global team at the intersection of finance, governance, and technology. This global group falls under the finance umbrella, but is a blend of technology, accounting/finance, and business practices. The team serves as an intermediary between IT and the business, so we are confident you will appreciate this

- driven mindset to everything you do. With a natural curiosity and a proactive approach, you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving improvements in financial systems and controls.  Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.  

Strong experience in financial compliance, governance, and master data management.  

Familiarity with audit processes and risk control frameworks.  

Proven ability to lead and deliver
- related projects.  

Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) or Oracle ERP systems.  

Ability to understand and work around system configurations.  

Experience in documenting and improving governance processes.  

Related certifications (e. g. , CPA, CIA, PMP) are a plus but not required.  

What You Will Be Doing:

Ensure compliance with finance governance processes, including data accuracy, master data management, and risk mitigation.  

Lead and document governance workflows, ensuring all changes to core financial data follow defined approval and communication protocols.  

Support
- end activities and ensure continuity across global teams.  

Collaborate with finance engineers and
- functional teams to implement and document compliant data changes.  

Contribute to onboarding and upskilling efforts, leveraging existing frameworks and improving knowledge transfer.
