THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and
- driven finance professional to join the team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller Manager to oversee business control, financial planning, and performance analysis across selected HR and G&A areas, ensuring strategic
- making and overall financial health of the Company.

This is a critical position requiring close collaboration with the Financial Controller Manager to deliver ongoing business modeling, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Beyond data collection, this role demands a deep understanding of financial trends, cost structures, and operational interdependencies to drive efficiency and enhance business performance. Additionally, the Financial Controller will be responsible for conducting a monthly P&L review, covering actuals, forecasts, and budgets, while working closely with Senior leadership team to optimize financial
- making.
