We are hiring a Financial System Analyst (EMEA) to support and enhance our finance systems and tools. This is your opportunity to work
- functionally on global projects, develop subject matter expertise, and make a real impact on how finance operates at Steelcase.  The person will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with AMER and APAC FIS team members.  Who You Are:  You are a finance or systems professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You thrive in a global, collaborative environment and are eager to grow your expertise in financial systems, data, and process optimization. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Information Systems 

Strong understanding of accounting processes

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 

Working knowledge of financial systems, processes, and controls 

Fluent in English (French, German, or Spanish is a plus) 

 Desired Skills and Experience

Experience with configuration of ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Business Warehouse) is a plus 

Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams 

Ability to lead or support
- related projects and process improvements 

 What You Will Be Doing: 

Configure, implement, and enhance financial systems and tools in collaboration with global finance and business partners.  

Maintain and ensure consistency of key master data and support transitions to new global tools.  

Lead and support
- related projects, including reporting enhancements and system integrations.  

Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation across systems and ledgers; support monthly closing activities.  

Actively contribute to global finance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
