Fleet Back Office Agent with French

As a Fleet Back Office Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting Goodyear’s Fleet Operations by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all backend processes related to customer and vendor data, contract management, and billing. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex activities will directly contribute to exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across multiple markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with Front Office Agents, the Truck Team, and other stakeholders to provide seamless fleet management support, from master data maintenance to billing and regression testing.
