Requirements

• Fluency in English (all interviews conducted in English)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Confident using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks
• Availability of at least 28 hours per week
• Resilient, positive, and

• Financially stable to work on a commission basis (pay per hire, no fixed salary)

Responsibilities

• Actively source and attract top talent (70% active sourcing)
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

• Collaborate with team leaders to align with hiring needs and highlight USPs
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients
• Draft and publish engaging job ads (30% passive sourcing)
