We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bucharest. This position requires daily
- office presence and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively.

Your contribution:

- Manage reception activities, including handling mails and parcels, ensuring legal representation signatures, and recording documents in the Digitalmailroom.

- Welcome and assist guests at the office.

- Collect, organize, and submit documentation for travel expenses.

- Post travel expenses in SAP.

- Oversee office supplies allocation for the Bucharest office.

- Provide support to other departments with various requests.

- Handle parking allocation for employees.

- Open tickets and manage communications with the building administration.

- Assist with the renewal of electronic signature certificates.

- Archive documents as needed.

- Handle trips to various institutions for
- related tasks.

Bring along:

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Bachelor’s degree is a plus (Business Administration or similar fields preferred).

- Availability to work from the Bucharest office 5 days a week.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
