- 8-figure sales by 2026—with nine figures in sight.

We’re looking for a Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to own and optimize daily fulfillment operations — from inventory accuracy and delivery performance to vendor management and SOP improvement. You’ll be the
- to person for keeping things running smoothly, especially when it comes to large-item or palletized shipments.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve delivery exceptions and fulfillment issues across multiple DCs
• Reconcile inventory mismatches and ensure data integrity across systems
• Manage distribution center relationships and hold partners accountable
• Improve shipping, returns, and part workflows through SOP and process updates
• Coordinate
  - functionally with customer support, purchasing, and systems teams
• Track and report on key metrics: SLA adherence, error rates, returns, and part accuracy
• Coach and support junior fulfillment team members

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in e
  Commerce or 3PL fulfillment/logistics
• Experience with large or bulky items (furniture, outdoor goods, appliances, etc. )
• Familiarity with Shopify, Airtable, Excel (or similar tools)
• Strong communication and
  - through with vendors and internal teams
• Excellent under pressure, calm and methodical when solving problems
• Able to dig into root causes and propose process improvements
• Comfortable building new systems while handling daily execution

Preferred Background

• Worked directly inside or closely with a DC — understands pick/pack/ship
• Managed outbound flows, LTL shipments, or coordinated delivery SLAs
• Exposure to parts and returns workflows
• Comes from a growing e
  Commerce brand, 3PL, or
  - heavy retailer
