We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering
- based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments, as well as strong
- writing skills.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using
  - based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
• Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence base and best practice.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both
  - person and virtually.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement
  - centered treatment plans.
• Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crises, and provide crisis interventions
• Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes.
• Maintain accurate and
  -
  - date client records by professional and legal standards.
• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Ability to provide
  - office hour care (Monday to Friday 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm). Occasional night and weekend shifts depending on client requirements 

Requirements

• A Master’s (or Doctorate) degree in Psychology is required (following the standard 3+2 model).
• A supervised practice period of at least 2 years is required (gaining experience as a “practicant” before independent practice).
• Registration is through the Romanian College of Psychologists after passing a professional evaluation exam.
• At least 1-3 years of
  - graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Expertise in individual and group facilitation
• Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
• Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crises.
• Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists)
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering
  - based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
• Must be able to conduct virtual and
  - person sessions at Intellect's office location or our partnered client's location.
• Good to have: Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
