The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing
- based work as assigned. - Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and
- task effectively. - You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of casino, gaming, presenter and shuffler
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
