They’re looking for a confident and driven Team Manager to lead their Games Presenters at their Bucharest studios. ? Your mission:

? Lead, guide, and support your team to drive both individual and group success
? Oversee attendance, scheduling, and handle
- related matters professionally
? Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and team spirit
? Identify skill gaps and training needs, working with internal teams to address them
? Align team performance with company standards, values, and KPIs
? Contribute to talent development and the growth of studio excellence

✅ What you bring:

? Fluent or
- level English (C1+), both written and spoken
? At least 1 year of leadership experience in a similar or relevant role
? Academic background in Management or related field is a plus
? Previous experience in live gaming or entertainment industries is an advantage
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
? Strong leadership, communication, and
- building skills
? Conflict resolution and
- solving mindset
