Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise and enthusiasm in a new
- edge field. You’ll report to Ioana Serban (IS&T Procurement Senior Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside with a skilled and passionate team of 14 split in 4 Sub-Commodities: 1. Applications Projects & Services, 2. Software & Licences, 3. Infrastructure & Workplace Services and Transversal Team.

You'll be in charge of running operational Procurement Activities for Sourcing/Commodity IS&T domain. Day-to-day, you’ll be in contact with teams across the business located in Paris Head Quarter, Berlin, Cluj focused on following activities – Procurement, Project Teams, PMO & Compliance teams, Cybersecurity, Legal and Finance managing standard RFXs (RFQ, RFP, RFI), contract creation and contract renewals,
- up of PR (Purchase Requisitions) and their conversion into PO (Purchase Orders).
