Global Operations & Acquisition Specialist

We have an opportunity for a  Global Operations & Acquisition Specialist  to join our team in  Bucharest. As an HRS Global Operations M&A Specialist here at
Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering
- quality
HR services during mergers and acquisitions. Your responsibilities will includeoverseeing HR operations, managing employee data and records, and ensuringcompliance with HR policies and procedures, making sure all the newlocations/employees related to mergers and acquisitions are onboarded into
Honeywell’s standard HR administration processes & systems. You will work with Global Operations teams and the M&Aproject team to identify inputs needed, key milestones, potential risks andresolution and be responsible for assisting the Global Operations leaders intracking project activities, including defining timeline, actions, andescalation path. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
