Job Description
Enable and consult our Global Learning Admin in the implementation and usage of our global Learning & Training tool
Offer guidance to our internal stakeholders when it comes to system and process related topics for Learning Management
Handle incident management for our Learning Management Tool from an HR perspective
Test system changes within the Release and Community Management processes
Take care of our internal knowledge concept by making sure work instructions are up to date
Create and run reports from the system
Help us enhance our daily operations, processes and systems
Be the
- package owner in global Learning & Training improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in working with global HR Tools or SAP's Learning Management System
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience with HR systems operations (e. g. , authorizations, incident management) is a plus
- Strong system and process affinity, with a pragmatic and
- oriented mindset - MS Office advanced knowledge
- Ability to manage complex tasks and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a global, virtual environment
- Fluent in English
