About the Role

Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization SE CFO Business Unit Taxes & Customs Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Early Professional A snapshot of your day You will work in a team responsible to clear goods, on behalf of other Siemens Energy legal entities from different countries. Within this responsibility you clear goods for different customs procedures (procedure vamale) and for Intrastat. How You will Make an Impact

Will follow the internal rules and regulations as established by the organization and the relevant legal entity you work for

Prepare customs declarations and Intrastat files

File customs declarations and Intrastat

Monitor and control those processes

While performing your tasks, you always have an open mind to identify and report room for improvement and process flaws

Actively participate in team growth efforts

Report to the team lead Customs Procedures located in Bucharest

What You Bring

You have recently finalized your Bachelor's studies or currently are enrolled in a Master program, preferably in international business, economics, trade, legal or comparable

Some experience in the field of customs processes (Import, special procedures, export, Intrastat) will be considered a plus

Negotiation, presentation, and assertiveness are attributes that describe you the best.

Strong interpersonal skills, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality

Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity and team spirit

Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with colleagues across multiple functions and locations

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written): German is a plus
