The Graduate Trainee will assist the procurement team in managing purchasing activities, ensuring timely and
- effective delivery of goods and services. The role focuses on learning procurement processes, supporting daily operations, and contributing to team projects. .

How You’ll Make an Impact

Learn and apply procurement processes and systems under supervision to support efficiency and compliance. Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes.

Assist in creating and processing purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

Support
- related activities such as onboarding and maintaining basic information.

Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide support.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, Data Management, Engineering or another related field

Strong analytical and
- solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a global and virtual team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power
Point

Good English language skills, German language skills desirable

Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
