Role description:
- Strategic HR Partnership & Organizational Development
Collaborate with global executives and managers to shape talent strategies, support organizational change, and foster a culture of continuous development and performance excellence.
- HR Leadership & Operational Oversight
Lead, coach, and support a diverse HR team across countries. Promote a unified vision, recognize achievements, and cultivate a
- performing HR function aligned with business goals.
- People Analytics, Budget & Vendor Management
Use HR data and analytics to guide strategic decisions. Manage international HR budgets efficiently and oversee vendor relationships to ensure consistent service quality across all regions.
- Talent Management & Global Employee Experience
Design and implement initiatives that enhance global employee engagement, retention, learning, and
- being. Identify and mitigate turnover risks and drive continuous improvement in employee experience worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, including exposure to international or multicultural environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business preferred.
- Strong understanding of international HR practices, operations and tools, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence across cultures and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are an asset.
