Key Responsibilities:
Drive Measurable Growth Impact:
- Deliver 10%+

- month new revenue growth through rapid experimentation and improving breadth # of customers and depth $ per customer - Discover and prioritize the most important users' problems in order to successfully address them via the best and most innovative product solutions
Build & Execute Growth Strategies:
- Design and implement innovative tactics across the growth triad: Acquisition, Activation, and Monetization
- Identify and construct sustainable growth loops that drive organic user acquisition or enhance usage intensity
- Develop
- driven hypotheses and validate them through rigorous testing and rolling it out for new users - Create a scalable growth engine that compounds growth over time
Lead Through Research & Insights
- Conduct user research initiatives with clear objectives and actionable outcomes
- Transform qualitative and quantitative insights into shipped features for identified users’ problems
- Build deep empathy for diverse user segments and their unique needs
- Identify untapped opportunities that competitors miss
Execution & Communication Champion:
- Be the "Tom Brady" of the growth team - the player everyone wants on their squad
- Make strategic decisions on when to lead, when to collaborate, and when to change approach
- Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and decision making
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in product growth roles or product management roles in
- growth startup stage with 3+ years focused on growth - Track record of driving 30%+ growth in revenue or users’ LTV
- Experience with B2C subscription apps
- Background in consumer mobile apps with 100+k MAU
- Proven ability to improve monetization metrics like subscriber conversion rates by 30%+
- Track record of improving subscriber LTV through pricing, packaging, value increasing, or momentum strategy
Bonus Points
- Open-minded to work in a world full of growth loops and at the same time improving web funnels closely aligned with a huge organic user base and a
- channel marketing mix - Experience with AI products
- Previous startup experience (Seed or Series A-C)
