Summary:

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is looking for a Gx
P Taining Manager.  The training aspects of our Gx
P services in a private cloud for regulated industries are your mission. You will ensure training compliance towards our standardized Gx
P Framework within the different teams working for Gx
P customers. This also includes the oversight on other related Gx
P Framework topics.

You will be part of a global team, and in detail you will

• Be responsible for Gx
  P Training Management including tool improvements
• Manage Gx
  P training records to ensure audit compliance
• Perform regular compliance checks (User Access Management and Gx
  P training records)
• Support Computerized System Validation (CSV) tasks
• Ensure validation (e
  Signature tool, storage of Gx
  P training records) against CSV
• Handle approvals for Gx
  P profiles in the area of User Access Management
• Support audits (SOC and customer audits) for related topics

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related fields
• Excellent analytical skills and focus on quality
• Proven knowledge in ITIL processes, e. g. User Access Management
• Experience in audits
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive behaviour, high willingness to learn and ability to drive challenging projects
