HARDWARE PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Development of complex HMI (Human Machine Interface) products:active involvement in quotation phases, product specification, product test specification (test plan)assessment of D-FMEAschematic capturesetup for milestones and design implementationstart and track the change processexecute and document engineering testsensure electronic release and crystal performance
The developed products will use requirements such as:Capacitive sensors
Piezoelectric sensors
Hall sensors
DC/DC converters
Rigid-Flex concepts
Lin communication
CAN communication
AUTOSARSafety
D-FMEAEMC/ESD experience
Coordinate, mentor and coach other team members
Monitor own and other HW developers project status
Identify the needed trainings and support for training plan
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or Master in Electrical, Electronics or Electro-Mechanic Engineering
Experience in EMC capable HW Design
Good knowledge and experience of industry specific HW Design Tools, preferably Mentor Graphic environment
Very good electronics knowledge
Knowledge in electronics manufacturing process
Optical/LED system knowledge of advantage
RF knowledge and RF Circuit Design desirable
English proficiency, German knowledge represents a plus
Experience in a previous similar position represents an advantage
Coordination, managing and soft skills
