About the Company

Our client is an international fintech provider launching a
- scale transformation into an AI-native organization. They are looking for a leader to design and execute the strategy for integrating LLMs and AI tools into all product development, testing, and support processes.

Role Mission

Make AI a key accelerator for product development and maintenance. The goal is to significantly increase engineering team productivity by embedding LLMs into every stage of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify engineering processes suitable for AI automation.

• Develop and implement AI-first solutions: prompt libraries, RAG knowledge bots, test generators,
  - documentation tools.

• Integrate LLMs and AI tools (Chat
  GPT Enterprise, Claude, Lang
  Chain, Open
  Router, etc. ) into daily engineering workflows.

• Collaborate with CTO, Dev
  Ops, and Head of Saa
  S to automate onboarding, configuration, and support processes.

• Monitor metrics such as AI coverage, velocity uplift, and LLM cost/benefit ratio.

• Educate engineering leaders and teams on AI-first delivery models.

Requirements

Mandatory:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or developer tooling with a focus on AI.

• Hands-on experience deploying LLM agents and AI tools into product and development organizations.

• Deep understanding of Lang
  Chain, RAG pipelines, Open
  Router, Open
  Web
  UI.

• English: C2 proficiency.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech or
  - load products.

• Understanding of Saa
  S architecture and CI/CD processes.

• Ability to balance
  - on technical work with strategic leadership.
