Tasks:

The Head of Appearance is responsible for managing and leading the Appearance Department (60-100 Makeup Artists, Stylists, Appearance staff, ensuring the efficiency of processes, optimizing costs, and aligning
- related activities with upper management objectives. This role will oversee human resource management within the department, stock continuity and management, and the implementation of appearance guidelines across assigned studios.

 Skills: 

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop team leaders while maintaining high standards of visual quality.
Needs to have
- Experience in Merchandising, Procurement, Purchasing and exposure to vendors/suppliers
- They will lead the Appearance department, meaning they’re team have final say on who is accepted into the Live Casino (based on photos/appearance/video auditions)
- They’ll have full budget control (P&L) for all Makeup, uniforms for the entire casino in Bucharest)
