We’re seeking a results-driven Head of Application Engineering who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, driving team performance, and delivering measurable impact in a

Your Mission & Impact

As Head of, you will:

• Accelerate production readiness by commissioning and optimizing equipment for new and existing products;
• Drive
  - cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce error rates and improve process reliability;
• Lead a
  - performing team of application engineers, fostering growth through development plans aligned with emerging technologies;
• Own project outcomes by managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards across application engineering initiatives;
• Shape future production by influencing equipment design, supplier selection, and process innovation;
• Ensure OEM compliance through rigorous testing, documentation, and validation of production standards;
• Boost operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in series and
  - series production;
• Scale expertise by delivering training and creating procedures for standardization

What You Bring

• A technical or scientific higher education;
• 2+ years of
  - on experience in application engineering (bonus: know how both in SMT technologies and final assembly technologies);
• Proven leadership of technical teams, with strong coordination and mentoring skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fluent in English;
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities.
