What you’ll do

• Lead the financial planning and reporting process across the entire company, being an integral part of the management teams. Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and reviewing financial statements and performance indicators.

• Lead and integrates the efforts of the finance department to reach key strategic decisions of the company regarding existing departments and new business opportunities.

• Provide valuable financial and business insights, supporting
- making to drive financial and operational efficiency for successful projects/programs that result in performance growth.

• Design and lead a robust and agile
- wide cost optimization program, aiming to manage an agile Cost Management program to support the detailed budget and
- term plan for the local market to meet OPEX and CAPEX objectives.

• Ensures the complete, correct, and timely preparation of planning, forecasting, and reporting exercises. Sets constructive challenges as a business partner to deliver performance.

• Leads the financial planning and reporting process across the entire company, being an integral part of the management teams. Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and reviewing financial statements and performance indicators.

Who you are

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; an MBA is considered a strong asset.

• Bring over 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, internal controls, and team leadership.

• Demonstrate advanced technical competencies including strategic thinking, assertiveness, financial and data analysis, accounting expertise, and
- level business communication in English.

• Have a comprehensive, strategic view of the business with a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability.

• Excel in numerical and analytical reasoning, with proven ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets.

• Technologically inclined, with a solid understanding of the economic impact of implementing and commercializing emerging technologies.

• Highly skilled in delivering impactful presentations and communicating effectively across diverse audiences; fluent in English.

• Skillful at influencing and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of building and sustaining
- value relationships.

• Experienced in financial modeling, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.

• Knowledgeable in process and project management, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.
