Position Summary
Our client is a

- commerce brand that has rapidly become a market leader in the outdoor living space. Since launching in 2022, they’ve doubled revenue year over year and are now on pace for
- 8-figure sales by 2026—with nine figures in sight.
They’re looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of customer acquisition, lifecycle, and performance marketing. You’ll oversee a robust omnichannel growth engine, including DTC and B2B initiatives, and drive a
- funded media mix across Meta, Google, You
Tube, and emerging channels. This is a
- impact leadership role for someone eager to lead, build, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Ownership
- Define and execute an 18-month revenue roadmap with full P&L responsibility
- Set and manage OKRs, growth budgets, and margin targets
- Build
- time scenario plans to meet GMV and profitability goals
Acquisition & Media Buying
- Lead acquisition across Meta, Google/PMax, You
Tube, CTV, podcasts, affiliates, and new channels
- Manage and scale a $500K+ monthly media budget while optimizing CAC and MER
- Run advanced analytics (MTA, MMM,
- lift, incrementality) to guide spend decisions
Creative & Performance Content
- Oversee a
- informed creative system shipping 100–150 ad variations per quarter
- Ensure a balance of strong branding and
- performing creatives across formats
- Champion creative testing, innovation, and optimization
Lifecycle & Retention
- Build and optimize email/SMS programs to contribute ≥35% of total revenue
- Design
- purchase journeys, upsells,
- backs, and loyalty flows to grow LTV
Onsite Experience & CRO
- Own CRO roadmap including A/B testing across checkout, PDP, product discovery, and personalization
- Continuously improve the site experience to lift conversion and engagement
Gen-AI & Automation
- Leverage AI tools for creative generation, copywriting, bidding, segmentation, and reporting
- Automate repetitive tasks to allow teams to focus on strategy and bold moves
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Recruit, develop, and manage a
- functional growth team (5–10 FTEs) across media, lifecycle, creative, and analytics
- Translate data into action and push for continual experimentation and learning
- Collaborate closely with Product, CX, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment across demand and operations
You're a strong fit if you. . .
- Have 8–10+ years of experience in DTC/e
Commerce growth, with at least 2 years in a Head or VP-level role
- Scaled a brand from ~€10M to €50–100M+ in revenue
- Are
- on with Meta and Google and have grown at least one channel from zero to
- figure spend
- Have managed
- scale budgets ($500K+/month) and understand CAC, MER, and working capital dynamics
- Built successful lifecycle programs driving 30%+ of revenue
- Are fluent in attribution modelling (MTA, MMM) and data interpretation
- Have led remote,
- functional teams in a
- performance environment
- Are comfortable operating autonomously and thrive in an sync,
- moving culture
- Use Gen-AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, creative output, and efficiency
