Main Responsibilities
YOU WILL
. HR strategy (develop, implement & adapt) - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
. Ensures a common HR culture is formed among all PCs which also complies with group guide lines
- Lead with excellence by embodying the Group's core values and the Division's five pillars, fostering a positive mindset, a
- performance team, and a culture of mutual respect.
- HR Budget (create and align with overall budget)
- Manages, leads and develops the HR team. Leading HR functions, strategic HR planning, organization design & integration
- Org-Charts and Job descriptions (create and align Org Charts, job titles and job descriptions). Managing the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Management Development (training programs and other measures for management, coordination of
- wide Management Academy, evaluation)
- Trainings (evaluation of needs, planning, vendor selection, organization, administration, evaluation); MYHR Learning should be maintained and kept up to date. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Talent management (FIT) and succession planning. Provide leadership and direction in driving a culture of high performance and accountability, TM conferences, talent development, administration.
- Develop / coordinate and communicate employee reward and recognition programs.
- Performance Management. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Managing the performance evaluation system
- Local systems: coordination & monitoring. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Ensure Mb
O & MPR process. Oversee and manage the MBO system.
- Recruiting: (Select search channel together with management, preselect, select candidates together with management, close recruiting process). Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Onboarding (design induction plan together with management, monitor execution)
- Employer Branding (establish country employer branding strategy and execute activities). Building a strong network with industry counterparts to monitor market trends, best practices, talent pool and generate insights
- HR reporting and controlling (costs & capacity, structure, recruiting, talent management, training)
- Labour relations (company agreements, policies & guidelines, contract management, consulting line management, compliance). Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Managing union relations
- Personnel administration (optional: including payroll responsibility). Develop and manage compensation and benefits policy and execution
Additional Responsibilities
YOU WILL
- Participate in
- wide HR projects, Communicate changes in Holding HR policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance, Help ensure that the Prinzhorn Holding’s mission, vision and values are pertinent, prominent and practiced
- Join industry meetings
- Conduct trainings
- Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and works council agreements, if applicable
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, internal policies and ethical standards.
- Active creating a culture of compliance

Experience
- Min. 10 years work experience in the production , B2B industry in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR related leadership role (e. g. , HR Director, Head of HR, or VP of HR).
- Having worked in unionized environment and handled relevant industrial relations is a plus (optional)
