Head of Line Feeding Timișoara

In order to support the Inbound Logistics department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Head of Line Feeding who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the
  - teams of production line supply;
• Ensuring the correct usage of the DRÄXLMAIER logistics systems (e. g. SAP PS4 and EWM);
• Ensuring the proper supply of production lines, proper storage and registration of different groups of materials and ensuring the management of packaging according to specific standards;
• Ensuring the availability of transport material / logistics and meeting the department KPIs;
• Overseeing receiving between warehousing and production lines;
• Definition of process partners for the Line Feeding activities and ensuring their role fulfilment;
• Responsibility for all activities regarding (annual & periodic) inventory of raw materials and auxiliary materials;
• Coordination of emergency measures (delayed deliveries to the production lines);
• Monitoring and optimization of logistics processes according to the DRÄXLMAIER process landscape and lean logistics principles;
• Ensuring effective and safe use of line feeding/logistics equipment, ensuring safety of staff and leadership for the staff;
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of line feeding inventories and activities.

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in Technical or Economic field;
• Experience in a similar position in the Automotive sector would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and experience in using SAP (PS4) and logistics control systems;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Leadership skills, communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking, very good analytical and proactivity skills.
