Head of Maintenance Component Systems Timișoara

In order to support the Maintenance department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Head of Maintenance Component Systems who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Leading the maintenance Component Systems team for the assigned areas/equipment;
• Ensuring correct and
  - free maintenance of equipment based on customer requirements, taking into account costs, deadlines and quality;
• Ensuring an efficient maintenance, repair and overhaul service; construction, commissioning and relocation of equipment, systems) in the production area in accordance with customer requirements;
• Making decisions on cooperation with external service providers based on internal resource planning and necessary technologies;
• Developing, proposing and, in coordination with the supervisor, implementing measures to improve the profitability of maintenance and repair processes;
• Ensuring the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards;
• Maintain and improve stock value for spare parts;
• Develop the Maintenance Component Systems organization by implementing preventive maintenance processes.

Profile:

• Higher Education in an Industrial Engineering / Electronics or specialized field or comparable training;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a coordination position and experience in the management of spare parts for equipment storage;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Maintenance leadership role;
• Familiar with the mechanics, pneumatics, electrical and control systems of equipment;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must;
• Communication, leadership skills, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills
