You’ll lead the

What You’ll Do Own our product pipeline — develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential, global compliance, and

- class efficacy   Lead formulation strategy — collaborate with
- class labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver breakthrough products   Bridge art and science — blend innovation, customer insight, and scientific rigor to ensure each product is both
- leading and legally watertight   Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews — ensure all formulations meet the highest standards across key markets (US, UK, EU, AU, etc. )   Collaborate
- functionally — work with marketing, operations, legal, and CX to take products from concept to commercial success   This Is for You If: You’ve developed
- selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space   You have deep knowledge of formulation science , ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems   You understand global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc. ) and can navigate them confidently   You’re fluent in
- market fit and think commercially, not just clinically   You’re endlessly curious,
