Head of Sales & Network Development
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Network Development to lead sales and network operations in Romania.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the national sales team (retail & fleet) and ensure targets for sales volume, market share, customer satisfaction, and KPIs are achieved;
• Develop and execute sales and pricing strategies, campaigns, and fleet programs;
• Drive dealer network performance through evaluations, audits, and brand standard implementation;
• Lead network expansion, from selecting new partners to ensuring compliance with corporate identity requirements;
• Report to regional management and liaise with the manufacturer on sales and network matters.
Ideal profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior role within the automotive industry;
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Analytical mindset and focus on performance and customer satisfaction;
• University degree; fluency in English;
• Driving license – category B.
Location: North Bucharest
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
