As the Head of Asset Performance Management Application Team2, your

- day activities will be focused on building and managing teams that handle software application developments for customers and business areas (BA’s) with the focus on innovative new software, data and application services like Omnivise Performance (OPM), Universal Performance Platform (UPP), BESTPOINT etc.
You will lead a highly skilled team of software developers, data scientists, and QA testers. Your day includes overseeing and managing the teams, analyzing customer feedback and data, developing strategies to increase efficiency and quality, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth.
