The Role

Responsible for the implementation and administration of insurance programs for new clients, as well as for managing the existing client portfolio.

Prepares and presents insurance offers and regular activity reports to clients.

Participates in negotiations, monitors the issuance of contracts and insurance policies, and follows up on their implementation.

Initiates and actively participates in meetings with the company’s existing and potential clients in order to identify insurance needs and further develop the client portfolio.

Maintains relationships with WTW’s clients and prospective clients, responding promptly to their requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Provides
-
- day support to clients’ employees to help them understand and use H&B insurance, as well as navigate the claims and reimbursement process.

Prepares business correspondence and specific reports for clients, and maintains working relationships with both clients and insurance companies.
