Autoliv is looking for a new colleague to join its IT Support team!
If you’re passionate about technology and enjoy interacting with people, this could be the perfect job for you. This role is dedicated to individuals who are at the beginning of their career or who want to grow in this field.
What will you do:
- Log, validate and diagnose Autoliv internal customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used.
- Providing the customer with a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or to route or escalate the call to the appropriate resolution group.
- Escalation and management of calls to agreed service levels.
- Being customer oriented, enthusiastic and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution.
If you have:
- University studies in IT (in progress or completed)
- English – intermediate to advanced level
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Team player attitude
- Call center experience (a plus)
