Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills a positive demeanor, excellent communication, and a natural inclination to help others
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of hotel management software (e. g. , Opera) is beneficial

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and information on hotel amenities and local attractions
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure our guests comfort and address any special requests
• Maintain an organized front desk and handle administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism
• Resolve guest issues promptly with a positive and professional approach
